A new report claiming Angelina Jolie “still feels possessive” over Brad Pitt is completely fabricated. Gossip Cop can call out HollywoodLife, which has once again made up a story about the estranged spouses. We’re told the assertion is “false.”
The website, which is often called HollywoodLies, has manufactured a mind-boggling number of untrue claims about Pitt and Jolie, and this new one about the actress being “possessive” is just another example. Interestingly, the habitually discredited outlet begins its latest piece of fiction by noting how they “will one day be out dating new people.” Of course, that same untrustworthy site neglects to mention that it has published a slew of fabricated articles contending Jolie and Pitt have already been dating a slew of different people, but more about that later.
HollywoodLife then quotes what it alleges is a “source close to Angelina” as saying the actress knows “Brad will start dating somebody else at some point.” The same almost assuredly phony “source” adds, “Even though it was Angelina’s decision to split with Brad, she still feels possessive when it comes to him, and Angelina has a jealous streak in her, so if Brad has moved on to another woman, it’s definitely going to sting.” After that, the repeatedly disputed outlet then references another one of its concocted tales in which it contended Pitt “fears falling in love again” after his split from Jolie. As Gossip Cop previously stated, that story was also 100 percent made-up.
As Gossip Cop has pointed out on several occasions, HollywoodLife has published a slew of falsehoods about Brangelina, including articles about them getting back together. But as mentioned above, it’s particularly disingenuous of that webloid to now write that Jolie and Pitt “will one day be out dating new people” when it has posted a pantheon of lies about who they’ve supposedly dated since splitting nearly a year ago. Remember, it was HollywoodLies that spread the false report about Pitt dating Kate Hudson.
And from the other side, the site previously wrongly maintained the actress was seeing Jared Leto, as well as “hooking up” with Johnny Depp. But most egregiously, HollywoodLies posted an insane number of articles that swore up and down that Jolie was involved with an English billionaire, with whom she was going to adopt a baby. But as Gossip Cop exclusively reported, all those stories about Jolie having a British boyfriend were untrue, and HollywoodLife was exposed as fools and/or liars.
To get a better understanding of how many untrue reports the site has churned out about Brangelina, we invite you to search Gossip Cop’s past stories. We guarantee you will be shocked by the number of provably false articles HollywoodLies has posted about them. Still, we fact-checked the latest claim, and we’re told no one “close” to Jolie fed the unreliable outlet anything about her being “possessive” over Pitt. In fact, a confidante assures us the stipulation is “false.”
